I ordered these flowers for the passing of one of our staff members and BG Bloom Room was the best choice. I received a text from Mallory when she delivered the flowers, and she sent me a photo of what they looked like. That went above and beyond for me and meant so much. The flowers were beautiful!! I was blown away by BGBloom not only did they provide a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered within hours of me ordering it but I was sent a video of my arrangement that was being sent and the heartfelt text message I received from the Florist. I was very appreciative of that. I would rate 10 stars if I could. I was provided excellent service. Thank you BGBloom you have my business.

Amazing! The customer service and communication was awesome. They reached to check on what exactly I wanted to send and even sent photos prior to delivery.
